How do you practice it?

Sufi Yoga begins with an assessment of the body and an awareness of greater potentiality and agility through Yogic practices.  Once this awareness has been created, the vital breath is activated as well as the use of the voice. The power of sound and the breath and inner focusing exercises create vibrations in the physical, emotional and subtle bodies. Energy is released, transformed and channeled into the higher spiritual centres. The result is a life experience of higher potential – you will radiate with positivity, strength and harmony.  Sufi Yoga is an individual experience but is best practiced in a group, together with a common intent.
